EEBU Movie Night!

To ease into second semester, the Ecology and Evolutionary Biology Undergraduate student union (EEBU) would like to invite you to relax with us at our movie night, Wednesday January 26th starting at 5pm. We will be screening *Monty Python and the Holy Grail*, serving free pizza and other snacks, and socializing. Come out and meet fellow EEB students and share your love of Monty Python at the Commuter Student Center, 79 St. George street (located in the playhouse building), next Wednesday.

EEBU Games Night!!

Hey EEB Students!

Evolution for 100 anyone? How about population ecology for 500? That’s right, EEBU is holding an EEB themed Jeopardy night. Snacks will be provided. Come catch up with your friends, make some new ones and have some fun. It all happens on Wednesday December 1st, 5pm to 8pm in the University College Commuter Student Centre (79 St. George, across from Ramsay Wright)

EEBU will once again be hosting its annual academic seminar featuring professors from the department of Ecology and Evolutionary biology.

EEBU goes to the Toronto Zoo!

WHAT: An awesome social event for the November break!

Meet us at the front gates at noon. We will then pay admission and enter the zoo. Our very own Social Director, Brendan Bonner, has worked at the zoo for a number of summers as well as a co-op term. He knows all sorts of awesome behind-the-scenes stories that will make this zoo trip different from any that you’ve ever been on before!

COST: $22 for admission

EEBU presents Grad School Seminar!

What are you thinking of doing after your undergraduate degree? Have you considered doing graduate school? Come to the EEBU Grad School Information Session and see why it might be the right choice for you! Our main speaker will give you the facts and reasons for doing a graduate degree. Then two graduate students will talk about what it is actually like being a grad student. It all takes place on Thursday October 14th, 4:30 – 6 PM in RW432. Free food will be provided.
